Summary
Meet Tony Barrett. A ten year no nonsense kind of detective. Tony is an extremely smart detective, the best in the business. Tony runs across an amazingly cunning and technically capable serial killer. For he is a serial killer that changes patterns, leaves no evidence and leaves the police without an M.O. or profile or much of anything to go on.
