Summary
Written in the late 60s as one of Woody Allen's first Broadway successes, "Don't Drink the Water" finds American tourists accused as spys and confined to the American embassy. Father Drobney, an Eastern European priest, practices magic tricks while the chef cooks the rabbit he expects to pull out of the hat. Tom Reiser from the Chicago area directed this production in Ayden, North Carolina. Also starred Ernie Lubiani, Linda Creech, William White & Ada Brown.
