INTRO: A lively building located in the heartbeat of Spanish Harlem, New York City - 1990’s. Here is an experiment in honor of New York City ’s greatest strength and true “ESSENCE,” it’s multiculturalism which attracts everyone around the world who dares to dream the “So-called” “American Dream.” Here in “ PARADISE ARMS APTS.” Is where it all begins-Or start over, well depending on your "legal status!" - You have your Jews and your I-talians; then there’s the Hindus and Rastas, and introducing “Tito, from Puerto Rico” who just arrived and got thrown into the melting pot…but will he blend in, or is he just another Immigrant who’s here to cause the natives even more heartache?!! "Look at this building, what do you see?!" - asks Tito; "I see bricks and apartments?! - replies a confused Chris!
