Summary
Inspired by true events, 'The Family Gardener' tells the story of a family that is striving for perfection while on the brink of collapse. Each member is struggling with the situation they are in and desperately wants to escape. The patriarch, an obsessively neat and God-fearing man who believes his career and family are falling apart, decides to start over and save his wife and children, by doing something unorthodox that changes all their lives forever. The film is a drama marrying the styles of P.T. Anderson's 'Magnolia' and Sam Mendes/Alan Ball's 'American Beauty.'
