Summary
A modern day family in the vampire clan lives among the rest of society, going fairly unnoticed by the rest of the world, except one reporter. They do not feed off of others, but rather the blood that they collect at one of the blood centers they own. The family experiences something that vampires usually do not fear, death of a family member due to an illness. Was it the blood that caused the illness, or was it something else?
