Summary
âOscarâ 21 yrs old, âGâ 19 yrs old and âDaiseyâ 23 yrs old, are all drug hustlers of the New York City streets. They work and ride together as one . Money and respect is what they earn everyday in the ghetto , by ruling and running the blocks in the day time and the clubs at night.
Their lifestyle is admired by some and hated by others, which are waiting to take their place on the streets, cause someoneâs death is another personâs life. They ride knowing that their life has a bullet or jail cell, with their name on itâ¦at the end.
A contradiction is set on screen when âGâ is shot on the N.Y. streets, while his two brothers ironically enough are fighting in the war in Iraq. Both wars are about money and power and the same brothers and sisters are loosing their life every minute, for a government that is benefiting from it. Realizing at the end that Knowledge is power and Ignorance a crime,will be the moment of truth .
With âOscarâ and âDaiseyâ left to clear âGâ name on the street , an endless hustle for power, money, and respect begins. With a friendship thatâs beyond any power and bond, but also a reason to be part of a revolution against a government that âfeedsâ the people a âthirstâ for war.
