I was born and raised on a retired farm in south east Iowa. I knew I wanted to be an actor as I watched all the classic Disney movies. I loved the crazy characters and was always fascinated by the "bad guys". I was very active thought high school and couldn't wait to go off to college to try my hand at acting. At college I was given so many wonderful opportunities to discover and grow in my acting. I received my BA in Performing Arts, Acting/Directing as well as Theatrical Design (costume. I moved to Chicago, IL shortly after college and began to teach acting and modeling. I soon realized I wanted to try even more, taking me to the brilliant city of New York. I'm currently acting as well as working as a teaching artist in the New York Public schools. I teach acting and fine art. I love what I do! I'm passionate, positive and always professional. I'm outgoing and energetic. I like to stay busy and always active in something exciting. I'm active in yoga, spin, cardio kickboxing and love running. I'm very ambitious and can't wait for all the amazing opportunities and projects I'll be a part of. .
