Biography


Suzanne Manns was born February in Bloomington, Indiana where she resided for many years. Until the age of 18 she lived with her mother, father and four siblings, completing her elementary, junior high, and senior high school education in Bloomington, and went on to attend Indiana University for 3 years where she majored in criminal justice at which time her goal was to become a lawyer. While in elementary at the age of 9 years old Manns received the MVP award on a baseball team where she was the only girl and received two additional MVP awards the following years. While in high school, Manns excelled as an all-star athlete in basketball and track. She received a distinguished award in mathematics for the Most Outstanding Advance Math Student her senior year and completing her last two years of high school with straight A's. Suzanne early on began to realize she had a special talent. Her capability to memorize information in a short period of time which proved to be a great asset in what she would accomplish later in life.

Manns has always been a women of honor, dedication and professional. She has taken on the responsibly of running multi-million dollar companies. Manns was employed as a Store Operation Manager for Circuit City and Store Manager for Citi Trends. At present she is motivated to pursue her dream with a career in acting, and desires to become a full time professional actress. Following this life dream passion. Suzanne has landed serveral roles in independent films like Intervention, Awaken by Luna, After the Buzzer Sounds, Aging Imagination, Pawn Shop, The Hour Trap, and her most challenging role as Shalo in a film called Sandrima Rising. Shalo is a role only Angelic Joli , Gabrielle Union, or Halle Berry can pull off. Suzanne has taken on this challenging role in hopes this will show Producers , Casting Director, and Agents she is the next upcoming great actress.

Manns now lives in to Jacksonville, Florida; studing acting; conditioning herself for auditions in challenging roles; and is searching for meaningful roles in the movie industry. Although she plays parts that are opinionated and strong, Manns believes that the industry will recognize her talent and skills, and her inner and outer beauty that will make her a successful African American actress.
