Norman Outlaw was born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y. And now resides in New Jersey/New York with wife Jacquelyn and daughter Brittany. I attended high school in New York City, after graduating high school; I attended Lincoln University in Pennsylvania majoring in Business Administration.

While in New York my career was in international banking. Upon moving to I continued my career in banking for a while. Seeking a change of pace I went into Law Enforcement. My dream was always to be an actor and one day I woke up and decided I was going to make some changes in his life and pursue my dream. So with the support of his wife and family I set out to follow his dream.

One of my first roles was in an Independent Film “I Am Dallas Latrell.” I learned so much from playing that role and it opened the doors for him to get roles in other projects. Since then I have performed in several independent films. I have also appeared in several commercials. Although I have just recently decided to test the waters of acting, I consider myself lucky and that I am on the fast track. I knows none of this would not be possible without my strong faith in God.
