NIKITA COLLIER
Nikita Collier, a versatile starlet with the determination to be listed among legends. A list that includes Dorothy Dandrige and Halle Berry, two very talented actresses who Nikita shares a hometown, Cleveland, Ohio. Nikita has displayed many talents including dancing and cheerleading, then became interested in acting after her role in a church play. Realizing the presence she demanded on stage Nikita set a high goal and continues to pursue it. She uses every chance to improve her talent with acting classes, public speaking opportunities, and, her favorite pastime, watching and reenacting classic films namely Gone with the Wind, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Sparkle, and Carmen Jones.
Nikita has also performed in a number of plays in schools with names as Guys and Dolls. After graduating high school she attended Clark Atlanta University where she was a member of the Merner Hall Step Team and performed in the University’s version of the Broadway hit, Dreamgirls. Deciding to venture off into film Nikita played as an extra in the feature film Stomp The Yard. After this appearance many other opportunities were offered in film.
She has also been featured in a few music videos such as "Spit Your Game" by The Notorious B.I.G and "Look at Her" by One Chance. As well as worked in the casting department for various music videos including "When I Hustle" directed by Lenny Bass and "Almost Made Ya" directed by Juwan Lee. Recently Nikita modeled and directed a photo shoot for an upcoming urban clothing store Volume Inc, in Cleveland, OH.
She is a multitalented individual who has manage to juggle an acting,modeling and film directing career while attending Georgia State University where she majors in Film and Theatre. "I've always had one wish, one prayer and one dream and I will exceed any expectations of me". .
