I was born and raised on the Upper East Side of Manhattan to a hippie mom and lawyer dad. I have equal sides of creativity and practicality because of this, with a dash of humor and neurosis thrown in from my New York upbringing. I studied creative writing in college but decided I had never forgotten that feeling of being Sandy in Grease when I was 10 and went back to acting. I did my conservatory training at Stella Adler where I played everything from Chekhov to Italian mafia princess. Since graduating a year ago, I have been in one Off-Broadway play and a lead in an independant film. I approach each new project with joy and love creating new characters, as well as working with new people
