I was born in East York General in Toronto on March 28, 1981 and spent my early childhood living in Markham, Ontario. I had my first taste of the spotlight when I was 5 years old as a model and actor. This continued for a while but my parents were unable to get me to auditions and shoots after my older sister moved out. When I was 9 years old we moved to a small town called Mount Albert. I was a very hyper kid with a ton of imagination, kind of like Bart Simpson. I left home at 16 years old because of issues with my family.

I spent the following three years, from age 16 to 19, as a street kid on the streets of downtown Toronto. I did what I had to do to get food into my belly like being a squeege kid and panhandler. I got a lucky break with a web development company and after a few years got myself fixed up with a stable job and a place to live.

I always wanted to be an actor or model since I started modelling as a kid. I had gone to meet with a few agents to see what they could do for me. I was told over and over again "Not Enough Experience". Then an agent suggested that I try community theatre or something like that. There was a small intimate theatre down the road from when I lived in Newmarket, Ontario called Theatre on Main. I kept stopping in to see if they had a role I would be good for. They had me come in to audition for the role of Timothy Page in Blackpool and Parrish. I was surprised to find out I got the part and it was the first audition I had been to.

Since then I have been going to as many auditions as I possibly can. I have also moved to Toronto and enrolled in the Introduction to Performing Arts program at George Brown College's Theatre School. I am going to try and apply for a longer program and hopefully get my BFA in a few years.
