Shae is a multitude of various facets; Shae is an Information Technology Professional in addition to being a substitute teacher for the Chicago and Indiana Public and Charter Schools. In 2004, she was selected from over 1200 Colorado candidates to represent the state of Colorado to participate in the Millie Lewis, Actors Model Talent Competition (AMTC). Shae made her Denver debut in The Daughters of the Lone Star State. Shae started acting in Chicago, IL during her undergraduate college days. Shae has trained and worked with local and professional actors in Colorado like John Hugo Sayles, Barbara Summerville, and Norm Silver. Her graduate school Colorado Technical University nominated her for the 2004 Presidential Management Fellowship program. The Office of Personnel Management selected Shae as a 2004 Presidential Management Finalist. Shae has appeared in the September 11, 1995 Newsweek magazine. She has also appeared in 5-independent films, one of which “Paint Brushes Don’t have Erasers” that was picked up by the Virginia’s independent art and film festival. Shae is signed with “Total Talent”, “Real Talent, Inc.”, and several other promotional agencies to name a few. Shae has appeared in television commercials and she has worked abroad with well-known fashion designers as well as musicians in the capacity of an independent print or advertising model. In addition Shae spends the rest of her time fine tuning and honing her acting skills through private lessons, stage and film performances. Additionally, Shae spends the rest of her time pursuing her education in Engineering and Computer Science. Shae holds two Masters degree one in Computer Science with an emphasis in Computers Systems Security and another one in Computer Science with an emphasis in Software Engineering. Shae currently holds a 3.77 & 3.80 GPA. Shae is looking forward to broadening her perspective of the entertainment industry. Shae plans are to share her experience with schools and theaters in the local community. Shae’s main goal are to obtain her SAG, AEA and AFRTA union cards in order that she may reap the benefits up being paid as a professional actress. She would like to receive a nomination for best supporting actress within her third year of her career. In conclusion, she looks forward to the day she may say ‘thank you’ for giving her the opportunity to make her dreams into a reality.
