Born in Cagliari (Italy), she started her artistic formation at the age of 5 as a ballet dancer. She studied dance for 13 years and she won a national competition for new talents in 1996.

When she was 18, she was noticed by an agent in Italy and she began working as a photomodel and presenter for international shows live on SKY TV and other important TV stations.

She studied acting at the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin and at the TVI Actors Studios in Los Angeles.

Valeria is a Method actress and she is involved in charity programs with AVSI, promoting the distance support for children and the development of the poorest countries in the world.
