Jose De Jesus Martinez studied Stanislavski principles and method acting under artistic direction of Lorinne Vozoff at the Theatre Group Studios. He also studied at International Creative Artists where he took part in many short films and various other projects. While at Theatre Group Studios he had lead and supporting roles in plays such as A Hatful of Rain and American Buffalo. He also had a lead role in the original theater production of Jose a story of a falsely accused immigrant’s son, and a supporting role in Tennessee William’s Orpheus Descending at the Bellflower Theater Company. He plans on continuing his education in acting and furthering his career in film.
