My dreams of pursuing a career in dramatic arts and voice may have started when I was very young, but did not begin to materialize until very recently. Although I have sung along with musical recordings for most of my life, my voice had matured, and my family suddenly realized that I had vocal talent. Since then, I have been studying voice and with Susan Eichhorn Voice Studios (http://www.susaneichhornstudio.com), vocal coaching under Robert marks (www.bobmarks.com), and I am a graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. I trained with the brightest and some of the greatest talent, which gave me the best preparation and education to help me reach my career goal of performing as an actor and as a singer on a Broadway stage.

Performing in Regional Theatre, High School, and College productions has taught me that this life is demanding, both physically and mentally. For that reason, my current interests include yoga, running, dancing, and weight-lifting. Yoga and Running has always helped me with emotional cadence and kept me mentally fit; moreover, I have come to realize that being in good physical shape is also essential to theatre life. I am currently studying with Tracey Bonner and constantly taking classes at Broadway Dance Center and New Dance Group.

Living my life according to the values my parents and grandparents have taught me is also very important to me and integral to all of my goals. These values include trusting in God, honoring the Salimbene name, respecting and caring for others, and entertaining audiences through acting and song. One of my long-term goals is to continue my grandfather’s work to conquer Parkinson’s disease. As the philosopher Leo C. Rosten once said, "The purpose of life is to be useful, to be responsible, to be honorable, and to be compassionate. It is, after all, to matter: to count, to stand for something, to have made some difference that you lived at all." I want to make a difference in everything I do.

Being a wonderful storyteller through my music helps me to make a difference. I want my audience to love everything about my voice from the song I sing to the emotion I convey. No matter what life brings me, I always want to do what I love and to love what I do.
