I come to acting from an extensive background in performing and writing music. I have always wanted to act my acting coach has encouraged my desire to be a professional actor. I have enjoyed quick success by auditioning and landing a few roles in a very short time.
I was born and grew up in the South Bronx. I speak Spanish fluently, both "street" Spanish and Classic Spanish. I am also quite good at several accents, including Mexican, and the usual actor's bagful (Southern, Irish).
A bit about my music experiences: I play the guitar professionally in many styles. I began to write music at a young age and started a band called Glass of Know 5 years ago. I have recorded 3 independent CDs and currently have a song playing on the radio in upstate NY. While I am a newcomer to theatre/film/TV, I am an old timer in the world of performing in public.
As my coach says, "Tell them to take a chance on you. They won't regret it!"
