Reva has the spirit of a soul misunderstood in her time, and her songs and prose reflect the solemn terrain of her spiritual and romantic evolution. A psalmist for most of her life, Reva began singing at Highway Church of Christ in Philadelphia, Pa., and received vocal and piano training at Settlement Music School Camden School of Musical Arts.

With a flair for diversity of music, she's worked with such artists as Imani Coppola, Alex Elena, Marvin Sewell and Lonnie Plaxico. In October 2005, Reva recorded vocals for a national Wendy's commercial singing the hook from Peter Frampton's classic "Baby, I love your way" and in 2006 she traveled to Hawaii to work on the set of Lost. Earlier in 2006 she shot a music video with house music artist, Hanifah Walidah. That video titled "Make a Move" has recently surpassed Madonna's latest effort on MTV's sister network, LOGO.

Reva graduated from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, with a degree in Journalism and Media Studies in 2006. Reva is the owner of Rebel City Music, a company dedicated to providing visibility for working class rock stars everywhere.

A former member of A Broken Code, Reva currently has a single on the upcoming Brook-Island release "F@ck it, Sue me, they should be signed" - a predominantly Hip-Hop and R&B compilation album in which Reva's "Springtime" is the only rock tune featured. She's also working with VMI Artist Management to put together a new all-girl rock band.
