Maya Grekin was born in New York City and is currently in the fifth grade at Lawton Elementary School in Ann Arbor, MI. She enjoys singing, playing piano and guitar, writing songs, playing basketball, dancing and hanging out with her family. Her show credits include the Little Bands School productions of The Zoo, The Monster, The Diamond, The Eruption of the Great Volcano, Dreamland, and Fun With Music. In addition Maya has had the opportunity to play Marta in The Cardinal Stage Company production of The Sound of Music, and The Centipede in the Ann Arbor Civic Theater's production of James and the Giant Peach. Maya has played in a band that performed regularly since she was five years old.
