I am a junior as of 2007-2008. My current electives include theatre, drill team (our school's dance team), and French II. My specialty is musical theatre, and in non-musical productions I am usually placed as the villainess. As a bonus, I can cry on cue and have many natural laughs. I have been in theatre ever since the seventh grade and have been cast as the lead up until I entered high school as a freshman (I was cast as an extra in Les Miserables). I was, however, cast as a supporting role in Thoroughly Modern Millie in 2006. For this year's musical I am cast as "Glinda, the Good Witch of the North" in The Wizard of Oz. Our one-act play is called "The Caucasian Chalk Circle" and I am cast as the governess' leading servant) I plan to attend a college specializing in the theatre arts. Julliard and NYU are my first choices, but are unfortunately out of state and will cost much, so the tolerance of a college here in Texas is crucial. Traveling in Texas for auditions is also my only option. My dream is to be on Broadway in many musicals. I am a hard worker and determined to accomplish my dream in any way I can.
