My formal training is in the visual arts. My MFA is in painting. Most of my life however I have earned my way as a potter and teacher of pottery. I came to acting through my teenage daughter who got the acting bug so in an effort to assist her I became involved and got hooked as she turned to other interests. I am also a playwright with some success having several plays done in black box in New York.
