Born in New York City, November 17, 1984. Lived in NYC for roughly one year before moving to South Orange, New Jersey. Father was a carpet industry executive, and mother was a secretary at Exxon International. Began playing sports at a very young age, baseball and football. Pursued athletic directions throughout early youth through mid-teens, stopped playing during mid-career in high school. Continued and graduated through the public school system, Morristown High School class of 2003, with distinguished musical honors and scholarship. Through my elementary, middle, and high school education, I was involved with the acting programs, fall dramas, and spring musicals. I Began musical studies at the end of my middle school years (end of 8th grade), and pursued the acoustic guitar and more intensely, the electric bass. Began studying privately on the electric bass all through my high school education, starting a rock band the fall of 1999, and made a serious commitment to it, performing all through New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, as well as the 2005 Vans Warped Tour on the Ernie Ball Stage, as well as recording at such notable New York City recording studios like the Magic Shop recording studio and Sony recording studio. Composed several songs and performed in almost every local and mid-level venue in the tri-state area, all the way until the end of 2005. Taught young electric bassists in the northern Jersey area for roughly two years. Following the completion of my high school graduation, I was accepted into Mason Gross School of the Arts in Rutgers University, as a classical double bassist, studying under the following double bassists: Paul Harris (Principal double bassist of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra), David Grossman (Section double bassist in the New York Philharmonic), and currently, Tim Cobb (Principal double bassist of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra). I have performed with the Rutgers Symphony Orchestra at Carnegie Hall. Am currently in my last year in college, preparing my graduate school auditions in double bass performance. I have performed mainly on the Mason Gross stage, as well as other venues like Carnegie Hall and Princeton University.

I believe strongly in making good first impressions, building bridges, entertaining, success, and my future. I am willing to take risks, and do the unordinary. Being spontaneous is an ingredient to my character which balances out my more serious, driven attitude. Humor is what I thrive on.

My aspirations are to become a professional musician, both classical and contemporary, composer, actor, and professor. I will do whatever it takes to succeed. Less
