Born in Hamilton, Ohio to a poor mother and a constantly working father, Thom Compton quickly decided to make things work for him. Beginning acting at age 13 for a museum called COSI Columbus, he quickly moved up the ranks and began developing his own style. Doing two plays and a short film, in 2004 he quit acting to study other ventures.
